Behind every successful trip is good organisation. That is why we have prepared favourable terms for both supervisors and coach drivers – so they can comfortably accompany the group and also enjoy a moment of rest. These simple solutions ease logistics and enhance the comfort of the entire stay.

Control list
One adult supervisor is required per 15 participants. Supervisors of children's groups must present valid ID.
Pool shoes are compulsory in the wet area for every participant.
Please ensure the group arrives 15 minutes before the start of the booking.
Towels can be rented on site (additional charge) or brought from home. A swim cap is not required.
Group entry is only possible following written acceptance of the terms and conditions by the group supervisor. Template available for download at the bottom of the page.
